School Site Council

The School Site Council is comprised of five members who represent the school staff and five parent members (or other community members) who are elected representatives. This advisory body operates according to state law, and its purpose is to provide input for the planning, implementation and evaluation of programs at the school. Each year the School Site Council is required to:

  • develop a comprehensive plan designed to improve student achievement that includes setting specific goals, detailing actions to be taken, and establishing budget priorities
  • annually review the plan, evaluate progress towards goals, and make modifications to the plan according to the changing needs and priorities of the students, school, and District
  • recommend approval of the revised plan to the Wright District School Board

The School Site Council meets the third Thursday of each month from 3:30 - 5:00 P.M.

Please contact Corina Rice at (707)525-8350 or crice@wrightesd.org if you are interested in becoming part of the School Site Council.
